The Peace House is Expanding

Greetings!This is Melissa the incoming field coordinator for the Peace House. This last month has been an exciting time here as Rachel and Alex pass on their knowledge and work and I formulate my goals for the next year. Building off the amazing connections and groundwork they have achieved,
this next year will be a marked time of growth for the Peace House. In
the next few months we will be literally growing as we acquire two more
rooms in the adjoining duplex. This acquisition will mean space for two
more volunteers (soon we will have room for a total of 5!) and a much
needed office/quiet common space. While there are several wonderful
volunteers joining us this summer, there are still a few spaces
available in the newly expanded house. Spread the word, talk to your
friends and family, and contact us if you're interested in volunteering
this summer!
