Susan Lightfoot Schempf is excited about joining the Chiapas Peace House Project Board of Directors as the Alumni Coordinator. She brings years of experience to our organization from her works with indigenous peoples in the United States and abroad. She has recently returned from Chiapas and will continue her solidarity work from Northern California where she plans to organize a women's holistic healing center. As Alumni Coordinator she will be working on strengthening our network among returned Peace House volunteers and other organizations and movements in the US. Her positive and proactive attitude will certainly be an asset to the Peace House. Welcome, Susan!
