Organizational Development
·       Support fundraising efforts (may include grant writing, research, speaking events)
·       Participate in research and development of new program areas: immigration and Oaxaca
 
House and Volunteers
·       With the Field Coordinator, will maintain and expand materials used in our volunteer orientation program, workshops, and to support volunteer reflection.  Will also facilitate orientation workshops and exit debriefing sessions.
·       With the Field Coordinator, will coordinate the writing of the monthly newsletter.  The newsletter includes updates on our projects, current information about Chiapas's political situation, and other news and announcements relevant to our work.
 
Organizational Partners and Communities
·       With Field Coordinator, cultivate and maintain relationships with local NGOs, identify projects for collaboration.  Arrange to meet with representatives on a regular or semi-regular basis, to discuss specific projects, identify volunteer opportunities, and evaluate CPHP progress and work.
·       Travel to indigenous communities for human rights observation or collaboration on projects.
