2. What are your strengths and talents, your challenges and weaknesses?  Highlight experience working in cross-cultural, multicultural settings, in rural “underdeveloped” conditions, experience living abroad and in working in social justice fields.

3.  A large part of the Chiapas Field Coordinator position is working independently to  network with a disparate  group of communities, local and international non-profit organization.  What do you anticipate will be the challenges of this work?

4.  We’re looking for candidates who share our vision of grassroots community-based  organizing for social justice.  What does this mean to you?

5. At Peace House the Coordinator and volunteers live communally.   The House  members make decisions as a collective using consensus decsion making processes.  Living and working in Chiapas is an intense experience, part of the Coordinator's responsibility is ongoing support and conflict mediation for the volunteers. What would be your strengths and weaknesses in these areas?
