"In Oaxaca, there has not existed in the past 30 years a real budget and strong for effective mainstreaming action against the serious problem of violence" writes Soledad Jarquin Edgar. She continued: "I ask sincerely does not the invisibility of women is not an institutional form of violence? I mean that silence surrounding the murders of 91 women who have now registered in Oaxaca between December 1, 2011 and Saturday November 19. So you know, totally indignadas! November 24 and 25 in the zócalo of the city, an event to remember the victims of all violence, especially women murdered and also to sing to life, a life without violence.
